Membership
Membership is available free to Westmoreland Country residents and Access PA
participants. A $3.00 fee is charged to others for a three (3) month membership.
Adults must present identification such as a driver's license, that shows the
name and current address. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent
with proper identification. Patron must report changes of address or phone
number.
Each patron is responsible for the materials that he/she borrows and for the
fines which are incurred, even if the library is unable to notify him/her.
